A Better Tomorrow II (1987)
[director John Woo, Tsui Hark]
Color 104 min
Chow Yun-Fat is back as Mark Gor’s brother from New York, who dons Mark’s bullet-ridden overcoat the “gang” has been saving since the end of the first movie. The film is significant for its balls-to-the-wall bullet ballet which occurs at the end of the film. It’s about a 20-minute montage of violence.
